Carnac
The World of Carnac

Before the millennium, timeless energies began to materialize, forming a clay structure that floated in the infinite void of space, waiting for the magic word that would bring it to life. A tiny clump of power on the outside of this structure dissolved and became conscious on its own.

This wandering mass had become a star after its dissolution; the conscious Logos took it unto itself to create life. For days it shaped it, creating deep valleys, high mountains and a bright blue sky to form Carnac.

Within 49 days it created water flowing through rocks, filled the valleys with it and created the oceans. Carnac soon became a magnificent world resembling a turquoise jewel. Logos noticed that the magnificent rivers, oceans and lakes could move like living things, but the stones, rocks and mountains were lifeless.

Logos used the remaining energy from the clay mass to shape the mountains and create life. And finally it wanted to create humans in its own likeness. It left seeds that would form humanity on the banks of magnificent rivers.

For a time, everything was fine. Logos was now a satisfied god. Its creations were happy and prosperous in the lands granted to them.

Yet the beginning of dissolution was very near...

In the rush of creating the humanity of its dreams, it had forgotten to use a piece of clay. The forgotten piece of clay dreamed of being transformed into something beautiful and waited for centuries in the recesses of dark valleys.

"Logos must have special plans for me. Perhaps it has not yet decided what to turn me into."

In time Logos remembered that forgotten piece and called it to itself, but it was too late; for an independent being had formed that called itself Patos. Patos wanted Logos to experience the abandonment and pain it felt.

As a first revenge, Patos changed the natural formation of Logos. As a result, 4 seasons, day and night, life and death came about. Humans began to turn away from Logos and drift away from it.

Logos no longer had the power to stop Patos...
Chaos
Chapter I — The Beginning of Chaos

Some time after Patos changed the world, to fulfil all these duties it created a new god, the goddess of life Akara. Akara was a calm, determined goddess who cared for every living creature.

There was another god unknown to the others: Cypher, the god of destruction and trickery. Akara thought she could use Cypher's power to get rid of Patos.

"All it can do is erode mountains, turn snow to steam and strike blows at living things. It only has the power to destroy and harm. We can use it to get rid of Patos." — Akara

The battle was swift and furious. The bodies of Patos and Cypher did not change but their minds swapped. The spear thrown by Cypher/Lord of Destruction was one Patos could not deflect, and Patos lay on the ground.

"I am reborn, fear me, I am now unrivalled!" — Cypher
Pianna
Chapter II — Warriors of Pianna

Years later humanity was divided into six great kingdoms. On the western coast, El Morad became the last stronghold of the human race. Warrior parties operating independently organised themselves and the Knights of Pianna appeared.

The Knights of Pianna rode out to find Cypher. They won the battle against powerful creatures. A miracle awaited them in Cypher's cave.

Long Forgotten
We are Your children
Even if You are Long Forgotten
Do not Abandon us

Logos drew its mighty bow and fired the arrow charged with the energy given by the prayers. The arrow descended like lightning and pierced Cypher. Cypher, alias Patos, was no more.

"Welcome home." — Logos
Rise
Chapter III — Rise Once More

After the destruction of Cypher, the surviving Knights of Pianna were welcomed with great joy by the people of El Morad. Humanity succeeded and flourished once more. But after the death of King Manes, his son Paul who succeeded him was very young and inexperienced.

Chaos engulfed every part of the country. The old clan leader Dignar told what had happened. Paul held his head in his hands and began to weep.

"Today is the first day of my awakening from years of neglectful sleep. Let Logos be my witness." — King Paul

The crowd came alive and cheered: "Hail to you, King, hail to you, Logos!" The human race was united once more. But the forgotten curse of Patos once again began to show its strange effect on humans.

Tuareks
Chapter IV — Legend of the Tuareks

In the village of Breth in the Karus region, children were seen to have contracted a disease. Where the disease spread, the skin hardened and turned to a near-green colour. As chaos grew, the El Morad council exiled these people to Karus.

O Logos hear us.
Do not abandon Your children
Save us from the curse of the Forgotten
You are with us, we are with You

When they reached the Karus region, fewer than three hundred remained. This new race was stronger. The Karusians began to call this warrior race the Tuareks.

When they wanted to return to El Morad, King Paul did not recognise them. The invincible Masthar cried out:

"Brothers, today is the day of reckoning for the people who excluded, tormented and killed us. Let us go!" — Masthar

The curse of Patos was fulfilled that day. Humanity was divided into two, never to be united again.

⚔ The eternal war of El Morad and Karus has begun.
